Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policy


Wairiki respects your privacy and any information collected from you is used only to complete your purchase.

You can opt in to our newsletter or join the Wine Club via the email sign up forms and be kept informed about upcoming events or specials. You can opt out of our newsletter at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' on the bottom of your email.

We will not give your information to anybody.


If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty as a consequence of something we have done we apologize and will replace it upon your request. If we don't have replacement stock of that wine we reserve the right to substitute with another product to the same value. 


All deliveries are by our courier direct to your door.  A street name and number is required. No deliveries are made to P.O Box addresses.

All deliveries are insured up until the point of delivery. Our couriers may require a signature at point of delivery signifying acceptance of your order in good condition. If no one is present to accept the delivery they will leave your item in a safe place or leave instructions on how to collect/arrange redelivery.

If (and immediately upon receipt) you find your delivery damaged please do not accept delivery by signing for the goods. Leave them with the courier and email us to advise us of the situation. If you provide an "authority to leave" with our delivery agent you waive any right to claim for lost or damaged goods. 

Shipping charges are calculated when you complete your shopping on the following basis:

Minimum shipping quantities are 6 bottles (mixed varieties permitted) or one 2 bottle Gift Pack and then in multiples thereof.

Shipping charges are based on the value in your cart: 

North Island $0-$99: $7.50, $100-$239: $9.50, $240-$399: $15, $400-$799: $25 $800 plus $45

South Island $0-$99: $9.50, $100-$239: $15, $240-$399: $19, $400-$799: $29 $800 plus $49

Wine Club members receive free shipping.
