Shipping policy

All deliveries are by our courier direct to your door.  A street name and number is required. No deliveries are made to P.O Box addresses.

All deliveries are insured up until the point of delivery. Our couriers may require a signature at point of delivery signifying acceptance of your order in good condition. If no one is present to accept the delivery they may choose to leave the item in a secure place or will leave instructions on how to collect or to arrange to redeliver.

If (and immediately upon receipt) you find your delivery damaged please do not accept delivery by signing for the goods. Leave them with the courier and email us to advise us of the situation. If you provide an "authority to leave" with our delivery agent you waive any right to claim for lost or damaged goods. 

Shipping charges are calculated when you complete your shopping.

Minimum shipping quantity is 6 bottles (mixed varieties permitted) or one 2 bottle Gift Pack and then in multiples thereof.

Wine Club members receive free shipping.
